Rules of Conduct

1. Be respectful and courteous. Plain and simple.

2. Do not curse excessively. Regardless of what audience this is intended for, there are children on the internet and they do tend to join the wrong groups at times. If you can't get a point across without cussing up a storm then you really shouldn't be trying.

Rules of Behavior

1. All religious discussions are to be kept to a minimum and respectful, do not even try to convert or to press a hot issue. We do not care if you are an atheist, Muslim, Christian or otherwise, trying to press religious views into any discussion will result in the offender being banned without warning.

2. No racism. This shouldn't be difficult at all. We're on the internet, any intentional directed racism will be banned without warning.

3. No sexism. This rule is in place for a reason, no bias against the other gender. This rule, obviously, is in place for both genders.

4. Politics will be kept to the designated discussion area and will be monitored, if things get out of hand political discussions could be banned completely.

Rules of the Roleplay

      Character Creation

1. All characters must use the template given, or give the requested information, no less. However, anyone can add their own fields to fill out if the template appears to be lacking a place for it.

2. When creating a character try to stay realistic and within the bounds of our menagerie, which currently includes:

- Andromeda
- Halo
- Stargate
- Starship Troopers
- Star Wars

See the 'Limitations' of our Character Applications board for what is restricted at this time.

3. All characters must be on one account. Discovery of multiple accounts will see the spare account deleted, repeat offenders will be banned.

      Creating a Ship

1. Not everyone will have a ship, and no ships can be piloted alone. At least half a dozen are needed to run a civilian grade vessel at the minimum, and a few hundred to man and operate any large ships of war.

2. As with character creation, any application must have the fields provided filled in the template and may have extras if needed.

3. You may have a customized ship, full custom or partial, but these must be marked and documented appropriately as per the given template. All customizations/modifications from the available standard ship classes must be described in detail.

Roleplay

1. Under no circumstances can you use out of character information to know what is going on within a roleplay.

2. No Meta-gaming. You do not know everything or have extremely good fortune on your side in real life and I highly doubt your character would either.

3. Absolutely no power-modding. You aren't invincible, all knowing, all powerful. Neither are your creations. Don't act like it, don't allude to it.

4. Be realistic. Don't jump thirty feet in the air unaided, don't walk through an energy field, etc.

5. Large game changing secret plans and preparations are okay under the stipulation that said preparations be visibly played out where an Admin can see and is notified before hand said preparations may be enacted, or otherwise sent via PM to an Admin.

6. Most importantly, Have Fun!
